Boot Camp

Challenge yourself and get in shape with boot camp classes!  These high-intensity, circuit-style classes take you through a variety of exercises to work your entire body.  Each class is different each time, so it is a great idea for people who get bored doing the same thing.  You will be doing strength-training, cardio, and agility moves using barbells, bodyweight, battle ropes and more.  All skill levels are welcome.  Boot camp classes are held outdoors when weather permits.
