Step class is a true fat burner! Intermediate to advanced choreagraphy using steps with riser. The intensity carefully monitored to optimize participants’ calorie-burning potential. Class begins with a warm-up followed by 35-50 minutes of high-intensity stepping, finishing with a cool down.
