Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is an alignment-based class rooted in the Vinyasa yoga tradition that fosters both strength and flexibility. We will constantly move with our breath through carefully designed sequences that build strength, flexibility, and foster clarity of the mind. No experience necessary! The instructor will guide you through visual and verbal cueing.
